Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules reflecting scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resources.
• Analyze critical paths, baselines, variances, productivity requirements, and resource usage; apply Earned Value Management concepts.
• Communicate project status and schedule health to Project Managers and teams; create reports for internal/external audiences.
• Visit project sites and review external schedules for standards and detail; promote scheduling best practices.
