Job summary

American Transmission Company is seeking a Scheduler to deliver robust project controls for electric transmission line and substation projects. You will turn complex work into logical, activity-based plans, strengthen schedule visibility, and help teams deliver critical infrastructure safely and successfully.

You will build and maintain integrated schedules, analyze health and performance, and communicate status to project managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience, including three years in engineering, construction management, project management, project controls, or utility scheduling.
• Knowledge of scheduling techniques and Earned Value Management.
• Demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication tailored to the audience.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, projects, and priorities concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules reflecting scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resources.
• Create activity-based plans and model projects with many activities.
• Integrate consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and internal schedules.
• Analyze schedule health, baselines, variances, and resource usage; apply EVMS concepts.
