Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team and support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project controls services.

You will develop, monitor, and update the IMS, establish the schedule program, and interface with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to guide progress and corrective actions. This role emphasizes EVM and data-driven schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Review schedules with project team members to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trend charts, and schedule analysis periodically.
