Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the Owners' Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisor for guidance.
• Prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approval.
• Load resources and perform leveling of schedules.
• Assess critical path impacts and report to the team.
• Monitor deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Apply EVM to measure progress.
• Provide periodic schedule progress reports and trend analysis.
• Maintain schedule data integrity and liaison with clients and consultants.
