Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to manage scheduling on a mission‑critical data center construction program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction project controls and can develop and manage integrated schedules for complex projects.

Responsibilities include developing and updating the Integrated Master Schedule, conducting Critical Path analyses, and applying Earned Value Management to forecast outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7+ years of experience are required.

This role may require on-site presence depending on client needs, emphasizing the importance of excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Proven ability to manage schedules for complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for capital programs.
• Conduct Critical Path analysis and assess impacts.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure project progress.
• Produce high‑quality reports and executive‑level presentations.
