Job summary

Ameren Transmission is seeking an OSS Project Controls Scheduler to manage scheduling across project phases, support cost analysis, and report on progress. The role involves collaborating with Senior Leaders, Project Managers, and field teams to align schedules with forecasts and budgets.

Training in scheduling systems and reporting will be provided. Candidate will develop baselined, network-driven schedules using Primavera and related tools, contribute to monthly cash flow forecasts, and learn

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a Business or Construction-related discipline is required (e.g., Business Management, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems).
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Schedules all phases of a project’s life cycle and supports cost analysis and reporting.
Develops and maintains small, network-driven baselined schedules using Primavera P6.
Interacts with stakeholders to develop schedules and align forecasts with project cost reporting.
Learns to create reports in P6 Analytics and EMPRV for resource and activity coding, metrics, and hierarchy.
Provides schedule information to stakeholders and supports monthly cash flow reforecasting.
