Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Senior Scheduler to drive the project schedule across EPCQ phases in Blue Bell, PA. You will develop, update, and forecast schedules, coordinating with engineering, procurement, cost, and construction teams to ensure timely milestones.

The role requires a strong background in CPM/Last Planner, 4D planning, and risk analysis, with hands-on use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional scheduling experience on EPCQ projects.
• Knowledge of Pharma/Biotech EPCQ processes and document control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule using current industry practices.
• Provide planning leadership and integrate with engineering, procurement, cost, and construction teams for reporting.
• Baseline schedules and document the basis for approval.
• Monitor progress, deviations, and variances and assess impacts to critical paths.
• Analyze schedule inputs from partners to verify durations and logic.
• Generate schedule progress reports, trends, and analytics.
• Mentor junior staff and support project scheduling meetings.
