Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Scheduler for our Blue Bell, PA site. You will develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule, coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure accurate reporting and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and proficiency in data visualization tools. Expect 50% travel and collaboration across multiple disciplines on capital projects in the life sciences

Qualifications

BS degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years of professional experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of EPCQ processes in Pharma/Biotech.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule using current industry practices and software.
Provide planning leadership and integrate with engineering, procurement, cost, technical & construction disciplines for reporting to ensure effective Capital Project Delivery.
Baseline schedules and document the basis for approval.
Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances and assess impacts to critical path activities.
Analyze schedule input from project partners to verify durations and integrity and evaluate logic and float paths.
Collaborate with estimating and cost control to resource/cost load schedules as required.
Prepare schedule progress reports and forecasting analyses.
Maintain master schedule credibility and support continuous improvement.
