Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution, traveling to job sites as needed. The role is remote with periodic site visits across the South Central and Midwest regions.

You will mentor other schedulers, contribute to training, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams to ensure CPM best practices and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior Scheduling experience in an EPC environment is required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 software.
• Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to jobsites and work remotely

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor assigned schedulers and support their development.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6.
• Analyze project documents to form the basis of EPC schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field teams.
• Attend project meetings and gather updates to address schedule issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path monitoring.
• Maintain delay logs and contract information including LD exposure.
• Prepare weekly regional project status reports.
• Lead internal/external meetings and propose schedule mitigations.
