Job summary

RVN Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Houston team for a global EPC project in the Power and Energy sector. This role emphasizes strong Primavera P6 scheduling with integration across engineering, procurement and construction, and requires on-site presence in Houston.

You will lead schedule development, monitor progress and variances, and support reporting and forecasting for complex energy projects. Strong EPC background and US work eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling/project-controls experience in energy, oil & gas, chemicals, power or renewables.
• Expert-level Primavera P6; Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Hands-on engineering and procurement scheduling, progress tracking and earned-value reporting.
• Strong EPC company experience; power-project exposure is valuable.
• Ability to work from the Houston, Texas office.
• US citizen, Canadian citizen or US green-card holder eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules integrating engineering, procurement and construction.
• Build engineering and procurement schedules and coordinate updates with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor progress, earned value, schedule variances and critical-path impacts.
• Support project-controls reporting and forecasting.
