Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Scheduler to drive detailed schedules for data centre construction and related infrastructure projects. You will develop plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 skills, a solid understanding of project controls, and the ability to provide accurate forecasts and risk analyses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 for data centre construction and related infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies for on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews ensuring alignment with objectives and contractual requirements.
• Analyze project data to provide forecasts and reports on schedule performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate schedules and ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain best practices in project controls and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
