Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Scheduler in our Program Management department to own and develop project schedules in Primavera P6 for complex data center construction and power infrastructure projects across the United States. You will bridge knowledge gaps, ensure quality, and lead across all phases from concept to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project scheduling, strong Primavera P6 experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in scheduling/PM
• Data Center and large industrial construction project experience
• 8+ years of Scheduling concepts (CPM, EV, Baseline)
• Primavera P6 proficiency as primary tool
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong understanding of project progression and schedule relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 for multiple projects
• Coordinate schedule development with engineering, licensing, permitting, procurement and construction teams
• Analyze schedule information and provide corrective action to meet in-service dates
• Prepare detailed schedule reports: baseline vs actual, look-ahead, milestones and what-if scenarios
• Manage financial schedule estimates, budgets, resource procurement in Primavera P6
• Develop and maintain status reporting and dashboards for schedules and KPIs (CPI, SPI)
• Support PM team with monitoring, forecasting, and cost/schedule reporting
