Job summary

PWMG is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to support a major data centre project in Indianapolis. You will develop and manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate with project teams to hit milestones.

The role requires CPM expertise, lookahead planning, progress tracking and reporting. On-site work in Indianapolis with competitive salary and benefits; PMP/PMI-SP certified professionals encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, milestones, critical paths and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or conflicts.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Develop lookahead schedules and reporting.
• Assist with cost forecasting and earned value reporting where applicable.
• Prepare scheduling reports, progress updates and forecasts.
• Support risk assessments and delay analysis.
