Job summary

Flowtec Group seeks a Senior Scheduler to take full ownership of the schedule on large-scale mission critical and heavy industrial projects. You will build the baseline in Primavera P6 and drive it through commissioning, turnover and closeout.

The role requires hands-on scheduling with cost and resource-loaded schedules, assessing design changes and conducting time impact analyses. First project is near Kansas City, with expertise in data centers and heavy industrial environments.

Qualifications

• :10+ years scheduling construction work.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience required.
• Experience with data center, mission critical or large heavy industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of other project controls software (Sage 300 CRE, Timberline).
• PMI or AACEi certification (PSP, EVP) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule end to end from baseline development through commissioning, turnover and closeout.
• Prepare and maintain cost- and resource-loaded P6 schedules covering budgeting, forecasting, control, earned value analysis, and change order analysis.
• Build and maintain critical path logic networks and forecast status against the baseline.
• Assess design/construction changes and perform time impact analysis.
• Analyze subcontractor schedules and perform baseline development and active construction reviews.
• Drive recovery plans to prevent schedule slippage.
• Report schedule status to project team, management, and client.

Flowtec Group is partnering with a leading general contractor to appoint a Senior Scheduler to take full ownership of the schedule on large-scale mission critical and heavy industrial projects.

Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor and construction management firm, backed by a Fortune 500 parent, delivering complex industrial, data center, aviation and power projects across the US. This is a hands-on Primavera P6 appointment with complete ownership of the schedule - you'll build the baseline and drive it, not update someone else's. First project is just outside Kansas City.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the schedule end to end - baseline development through commissioning, turnover and closeout
• Preparing and maintaining cost and resource-loaded P6 schedules covering budget development, forecasting and control, earned value analysis and change order analysis
• Building and maintaining critical path logic networks, and forecasting current status against the established baseline
• Assessing the impact of design and construction changes, and performing time impact analysis
• Analyzing subcontractor schedules through both baseline development and active construction, including critical path and resource loading review
• Driving recovery plans before slippage becomes a problem
• Reporting schedule status directly to the project team, company management and the client

What You'll Need:
