Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead strategic planning for large-scale industrial projects. You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules, drive critical path analysis, and coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 10–15 years of scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and bilingual Korean-English communication for cross-cultural engagement.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of scheduling and project controls experience.
• Proven track record across full project life cycle from design to close-out.
• Proven experience with complex, fast-track, multi-discipline projects with design consultants, GC/contractors and clients.
• Bilingual Korean-English communication is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, integrated scheduling, and schedule performance monitoring across the full project life cycle.
• Establish and maintain realistic, logic-driven, resource-aware schedules aligned with all project phases.
• Provide planning support, governance, progress measurement, and recovery planning for stakeholders.
• Ensure program- and project-level scheduling processes are transparent and executive-ready.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, cost control, and client teams to support schedule reliability.
