• Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules.
• Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis to ascertain project completion in time and budget, including forecasting delays and evaluating alternatives.
• Lead schedule update and review meetings.
• Identify schedule risk and opportunities.
• Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications.
• Support cost/schedule integration with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement.
