The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience, strong knowledge of Primavera 6, and a background in projects exceeding $20M in value. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling activities, developing comprehensive schedules, and producing reports. This position requires excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on vertical construction projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of previous industrial or commercial construction experience required.
• Experience with scheduling and 3D modeling is ideal.
• Experience on commercial projects of at least $20M, preferably $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project-scheduling activities for assigned projects.
• Develop internal and external reports describing project status.
• Create conceptual schedules and review vendor and subcontractor updates.
