Job summary

Cumming Group seeks a Senior Scheduler in South San Francisco to support project managers with high-quality schedules for biotech projects. You will develop and track schedules, lead critical path analyses, and produce monthly progress reports.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of scheduling experience in construction or engineering, a BS in CM or Engineering, and certifications such as PSP, PMP, or MRICS, with expertise in 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analysis.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–7 years’ experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• Preferred PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules for proposed and ongoing projects.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, 4D/5D modeling.
• Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and schedule validation.
