The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in project scheduling, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role is onsite and offers a competitive salary between $140,000 - $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably with portfolio-level management.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the construction project portfolio.
• Review and validate quality of vendor schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
