Job Summary:

Performs detailed planning, scheduling, and coordination of product movements of bulk liquids via pipeline, truck, rail, and barge/vessel to ensure continuous supply. Works closely with traders to support trading and retail marketing strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with the overall supply chain for refined and renewable products
• Resolve product supply issues arising from planned or unplanned events
• Develop solutions to complex problems
• Manage inventory and oversee end-of-year inventory targets
• Coordinate with industry counterparts and third-party carriers for deliveries
• Authorize product transfers with third parties
• Collaborate with trading to ensure adequate product purchases/sales
• Evaluate and optimize logistics routes and modes for efficiency
• Ensure timely and correct scheduling processes
• Analyze demand and supply balance and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be on call 24/7
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience with pipeline/barge scheduling

Experience Level:

• Specialist: 2-5 years
• Senior Specialist: 5-8 years
• Lead Specialist: 8+ years

Preferred Skills:

• Energy markets knowledge (crude oil, petroleum products)
• Understanding of trading/marketing supply chain
• Experience with RightAngle or Transport 4 systems
