Job description

Sr. Master Scheduler, Kallista

Work Mode:Hybrid

Location:Hybrid - Bristol, PA OR Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Master Scheduler is responsible for executing Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) signals that satisfy demand, service and inventory goals. Creating and executing complex schedules to ensure the KALLISTA sales plan is enabled to support product availability and sales growth.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Communicates clearly and effectively, Kallista material requirements with internal and external suppliers.
  • Maintains accurate supply order information in SAP – dates, quantities etc.
  • Create and maintain sub-contract purchase orders and shipments.
  • Works in partnership with customer service and purchasing to manage exception orders and proactively managing lead times, to maintain service levels.
  • Monitors schedule adherence, alerting leadership of short-term demand changes and service issues while collaborating with the supplier on delivery dates that meet business needs.
  • Assists in the coordination of new product inventory builds, closely partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely payment of suppliers, through the blocked invoice management process.
  • Other duties as required to assist the coordination of direct and indirect materials to support the business.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in ERP/SAP systems, self structured, with good planning and data accuracy skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
