Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Federal Solutions team in Colorado Springs. You will create and implement CPM Baseline Schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate subproject schedules into a master program schedule, updating it monthly with narratives and progress analysis.

You will monitor milestones, analyze interdependencies, and perform Time Impact Analyses for REA or claims as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience using Primavera P6 on vertical construction projects (construction, renovation, medical facilities, pharmaceutical, heavy-highway).
• Experience creating and implementing CPM schedules.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Scheduler to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6 (or more current version)
• Updates monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis
• Coordinates the various subprojects into a master schedule; maintains and monitors program and project level CPM
• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between sub projects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives.
• Analyzes contractor schedules and advises government on acceptability of schedule revisions. Analysis may include Time Impact Analysis for REA or claim.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Salary Range:

$112,200.00 - $196,400.00
