Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Senior Scheduler to join our team within the Federal Solutions group. You will create and manage CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate subprojects into a master schedule, and monitor milestones and interdependencies to identify the critical path.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of Primavera P6 experience across construction types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience across vertical construction, renovations, medical facilities, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement CPM baseline schedules with Primavera P6.
• Update monthly construction schedules with narratives and progress analysis.
• Coordinate subprojects into a master schedule and maintain CPM at program and project levels.
• Monitor milestones and interdependencies, identify critical paths and propose alternatives.
• Analyze contractor schedules and advise on schedule revisions, including Time Impact Analysis for REA or claims.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Scheduler to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6 (or more current version)

• Updates monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis

• Coordinates the various subprojects into a master schedule; maintains and monitors program and project level CPM

• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between sub projects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives.

• Analyzes contractor schedules and advises government on acceptability of schedule revisions. Analysis may include Time Impact Analysis for REA or claim.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
