Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Federal Solutions team. You will participate in contract modifications, develop scopes for RFPs, review government estimates, and manage contractor plans and schedules.

With a Bachelor's degree in construction and 15+ years of field experience, you will assess proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution on large civil/industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field is required.
• 15+ years of field construction experience is required.
• Experience in large civil/structural and/or industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all phases of the contract modification process.
• Assists in preparation of scopes of work for RFPs
• Assists in preparation of government estimates
• Reviews contractors' proposals
• Participates in or conducts negotiations
• Assists in preparation of contract modification documentation
• Manages the review and analysis of contractor plans and technical submittals, including progress schedules, environmental, safety and quality control programs, certifications and shop drawings.
• Provides approval/disapproval recommendation to COR.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
