Parsons is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Federal Solutions team in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on creating CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6, updating progress monthly, and coordinating subprojects into a master schedule with ongoing CPM monitoring.

You will analyze contractor schedules, identify critical paths, and provide recommendations on schedule revisions and time impact analyses, with a strong emphasis on federal project delivery and complex construction

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Scheduler to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6 (or more current version)
• Updates monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis
• Coordinates the various subprojects into a master schedule; maintains and monitors program and project level CPM
• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between sub projects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives.
• Analyzes contractor schedules and advises government on acceptability of schedule revisions. Analysis may include Time Impact Analysis for REA or claim.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
