Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Scheduler to join our team. You will create and implement CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and coordinate subprojects into a master schedule, monitoring program CPM at the project level.

Responsibilities include updating monthly schedules with progress analyses, tracking milestones, and advising on critical path implications. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Primavera P6 experience in complex construction environments, including

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Scheduler to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule with Primavera P6 (or more current version)

• Updates monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis

• Coordinates the various subprojects into a master schedule; maintains and monitors program and project level CPM

• Monitors program milestones and interdependencies between sub projects, identifying the critical path and suggesting alternatives.

• Analyzes contractor schedules and advises government on acceptability of schedule revisions. Analysis may include Time Impact Analysis for REA or claim.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience using Primavera P6 creating and implementing new vertical construction, renovation, medical facility, pharmaceutical, and heavy-highway type of construction.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
