Position Summary

The Senior Scheduler leads planning and scheduling for major projects and portfolios. The role involves working with project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans. It requires strong leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills, as well as effective communication and client‑service abilities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up, organize, and develop schedules for individual projects exceeding $100M.
  • Lead project teams in schedule development.
  • Train and develop schedulers.
  • Perform TIAs as required.
  • Support resource and cost‑loaded schedules.
  • Support earned value analysis and reporting.
  • Create formal ‘Basis of Schedule’ documents.
  • Support pull‑planning.
  • Interact with clients as a key project team member.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of scheduling software features.
  • Understand large‑scale and complex construction projects.
  • Conduct themselves in accordance with company Guiding Principles and Way We Work attributes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent (or related experience on a one‑to‑one basis).
  • 15 years of industry experience.

  • Ability to stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.
  • Repeat same movements.
  • Communicate effectively in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
  • Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.
  • Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasional travel primarily within the metropolitan area; sometimes domestic (must have a valid Driver’s License).
