Position Summary
The Senior Scheduler leads the planning and scheduling efforts for major projects and portfolios. Responsible for workingwith project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensiveproject plans. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational,and time management skills and strong communication and client service skills.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to set up, organize, and develop schedules forindividual projects over 100M in magnitude.
- Lead project teams in schedule development.
- Train and develop schedulers.
- Perform TIAs as required.
- Support resource and cost-loaded schedules asrequired.
- Support earned value analysis and reporting.
- Ability to create formal 'Basis of Schedule' documents.
- Ability to support pull-planning.
- Ability to interact with clients as a key project teammember.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of schedulingsoftware features.
- Demonstrate understanding of large-scale and complexconstruction projects.
- Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
- 15 years of industry experience
Working Conditions and Physical Efforts
- Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.
- Ability to repeat the same movements.
- Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
- Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.
- Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License).
