Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a seasoned Schedule Manager to lead the company’s scheduling standards and teams. Reporting to the Director of Scheduling or VP, you will drive the scheduling process, mentor a team of Schedulers, and ensure project timelines align with business goals across commercial, hospitality, education, and other markets in the Southeast.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of GC scheduling experience, expert P6 skills, and experience with delay analysis, claims support,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including template and database administration.
• Experience with schedule delay analysis, time extension requests, and claims support.
• Experience training project teams and supervising Schedulers or other direct reports.
• Familiarity with BIM or 4D scheduling integration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary schedules for preconstruction and project pursuits, tailored to each pursuit strategy.
• Lead Winter's schedule planning and review process for new projects, performing quality control reviews and tracking metrics across active schedules.
• Monitor project delays and support teams with time extension requests, delay documentation, and claims.
• Maintain scheduling standards, P6 templates, and databases, and develop training programs for project teams.
• Lead and develop Schedulers, and assess the scheduling skills of operations staff to support their growth.
