Job summary

Leonardo Electronics Inc Laser Solutions Division in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Schedule Planner to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules and align them with program milestones. You will collaborate with program managers, engineering, supply chain, and finance to collect inputs, perform risk analysis, and monitor progress with what-if scenarios to keep schedules achievable.

In-person collaboration is required, and you will communicate status clearly to leadership while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced proficiency with scheduling software including MS Project.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex schedule information into clear recommendations.
• Experience integrating schedule, risk and cost information within a project controls environment.
• Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner; work in-person on a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Ensure schedules reflect scope, milestones, and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, supply chain, finance to aggregate inputs.
• Perform critical path analysis and monitor schedule health.
• Provide status updates and what-if analyses to stakeholders.
• Forecast and run simulations to inform recovery plans.
