Job summary

Raise is seeking a Senior Execution Planning / Schedule Engineer to lead planning and scheduling for a confidential, multi‑project program. You’ll turn inputs into a robust, pressure‑tested schedule with a clear critical path, coordinating across internal and external workstreams toward startup goals.

The role requires building detailed schedules, rolling them up for senior management, and delivering data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management.
• 5+ years in project planning and scheduling roles.
• Proven ability to build plans and define the critical path.
• Experience with Primavera P6; ability to learn Smartsheet quickly.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to challenge inputs.
• Proven ability to influence across teams without authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior management.
• Independent worker with minimal oversight from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed, integrated schedule across multiple interdependent projects.
• Pressure test inputs to determine realism of plans.
• Define the true critical path and prioritize workstreams.
• Roll up schedules to Level 1–3 views for management.
• Present data-backed recommendations on priorities and sequencing.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams.
• Lead regular check-ins and report on progress and blockers.
• Influence managers without authority with clear analysis.
• Track many workstreams in a structured, automated system.
• Manage milestones and schedule adherence for governance.
• Establish and steward scheduling processes and change control.
• Create schedule visualizations in Smartsheet and Excel.
