Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Schedule & Risk Manager to own the scheduling health and risk intelligence for a large federal program. You will manage the life-cycle of schedules, perform Monte Carlo analyses, and report Earned Value metrics to leadership.

The role requires US citizenship and a Public Trust clearance, located in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities include baseline maintenance, critical path leadership, risk quantification, and integrating data for IPMR deliverables.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Public Trust clearance able to obtain
• 10+ years in scheduling, risk, or EVMS on large federal programs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Science, Business, or related field
• Proven ability with DCMA 14-Point criteria or EVMS surveillance

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain schedules across BNATCS activities with inputs from engineering, ops, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
• Perform ongoing critical path analysis and identify near-critical risks before delivery threats
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) including Monte Carlo simulations
• Maintain the program risk register with quantification and mitigation planning
• Compute EVM metrics (SPI, CPI, VAC, EAC) and suggest corrective actions
• Produce weekly/monthly schedule health metrics and IPMR-ready reports
