Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Schedule & Risk Manager in Herndon, VA to own the schedule health and risk intelligence for a large-scale federal program. You will manage SE scheduling across multiple teams, perform critical path and SRA analyses, and translate results into actionable guidance for BNATCS leadership.

The role requires EVM proficiency, experience with DCMA standards, and coordination with contractors and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven scheduling, risk management or EVMS experience on large federal/defense programs.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 for schedule work.

Responsibilities

Develop, baseline, and maintain scheduling across BNATCS Architecture & Systems Engineering.
Perform critical path analysis and monitor schedule drivers and risks.
Execute Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) including Monte Carlo simulations.
Maintain program risk register and quantify cost/schedule impacts.
Calculate and report EVM metrics and provide corrective actions.
Produce schedule health metrics and early warning indicators for reporting.
