Qualifications

• Experience supporting Advana-related projects, data integration efforts, analytics programs, or similar technology-focused initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and project teams.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project tracking, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources, monitor task execution across multiple projects, and ensure activities align with requirements, timelines, and objectives.
• Support project planning, develop status reports, track action items, and integrate deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between KAIROS, project sponsors, and team members, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting customer engagement.
