Job summary

Loenbro seeks an experienced Scaffold Foreman in Afton, TX to lead scaffold crews on industrial and commercial construction projects. You will plan, supervise, inspect erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems, ensuring compliance with OSHA, project specs, and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of scaffold drawings, safety culture, and coordination with project managers and trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial or commercial scaffolding experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience.
• Thorough knowledge of scaffold systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read scaffold drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct scaffold crews in erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure safety and on-schedule completion.
• Verify scaffold structures meet regulations and project specs.
• Conduct pre-job planning meetings and daily safety briefings.
• Perform routine scaffold inspections for integrity and compliance.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions or deficiencies.
• Coordinate scaffold activities with project managers and trades.
• Maintain records of inspections, material usage, and inventory.
• Train and mentor scaffold builders and apprentices on safety.
• Enforce policies and quality standards at all times.
