Job summary

Loenbro is seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Leads for our Red Oak, TX projects. You will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery. The role requires working at heights, adhering to regulations, and coordinating closely with site supervisors.

The position is full-time and on-site at customer locations, offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within Loenbro South.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.
• Ensure all scaffold components are installed securely and meet safety standards.
• Perform site inspections to assess scaffold stability and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and manage scaffold inventory and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on scaffold structures as needed.
