Job summary

Loenbro is seeking experienced Industrial Scaffold Builders to join Loenbro South in Red Oak, TX. The Scaffold Lead will supervise assembly and dismantling of scaffolding, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with site personnel to meet project requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work at heights, and commitment to safety in a manufacturing, refining environment. Full-time, non-exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Scaffold Builder.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures.
• Ensure all scaffold components are installed securely and meet safety standards.
• Perform site inspections to assess scaffold stability and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and manage scaffold inventory and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on scaffold structures as needed.
