Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Builder Foreman to supervise and coordinate crews on construction, assembly, maintenance and dismantling of tubular scaffolding and temporary structures, aiming to meet timetables and budgets while following plans and safety rules.

The role includes on-site leadership, scheduling, procurement coordination, and liaison with inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality work and safe execution.

Qualifications

• Education – no minimum education requirements.
• Certifications/ Licenses: NCCER, preferred.
• Experience – 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor and coordinate workers on construction projects.
• Schedule work to meet timetables and budgets.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and manage on-site equipment.
• Liaise with inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
