Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Sr. System and Control Manager to lead delivery of utility-scale SCADA and PPC projects.

You will translate customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure schedule adherence and customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Software, Procurement, Commissioning, and Project Management to achieve commissioning readiness and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 7+ years managing utility-scale Solar/BESS/SCADA/industrial automation projects.
• Experience coordinating customer-facing SCADA and PPC projects from design through commissioning.
• Understanding of MC/FAT/SAT/COD and project closeout processes.
• Experience with document management platforms (Procore/Aconex/SharePoint).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, Owners, and commissioning teams.
• Translate customer requirements to internal teams and track action items.
