Job summary

Optimize Search Group seeks a Technical Control Systems Manager in Addison, TX to oversee OT and SCADA maintenance, planning, design, and development.

You will manage RTU/PLC projects, ensure reliability and security, develop policies, coordinate with providers, and lead a diverse engineering team while aligning with budgets. The role demands strong communication and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in SCADA programming and systems development
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Proficiency with real-time control systems and cybersecurity basics

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, planning, design, development and admin of OT and SCADA systems.
• Direct RTU/PLC project execution, programming and commissioning activities.
• Develop and enforce OT design policies; manage network/system documentation and patching.
• Maintain relationships with service providers for design and maintenance of control and cybersecurity tech.
• Plan disaster management and incident response for the functional area.
• Manage budgets and project schedules within constraints.
• Recruit, develop and manage SCADA engineers and related staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.
