Job summary

Manatal is seeking an experienced SCADA Manager to lead the SCADA engineering team, oversee operations, project delivery, and OT initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SCADA, controls, Ignition, and a proven track record in budgets and stakeholder management.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on technical work, manage multiple projects, ensure cybersecurity and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement across SCADA architectures and OT systems.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in SCADA, controls, industrial automation, or related field.
• Proven experience managing SCADA projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA and process control systems.
• OT cybersecurity, safety, and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SCADA engineering team, including workload, priorities, performance, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day SCADA operations and project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Establish priorities based on business requirements, available resources, and project demands.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, SLAs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide technical oversight of SCADA and process control engineering activities and ensure high-quality solutions.
