Responsibilities

• Underwrites and structures new prospective transactions including renewals, extensions, and amendments.
• Leads client meetings and internal deal discussions; advises on credit policy and risk appetite.
• Reviews credit packages and mentors junior team members.
• Prepares credit presentations and delivers to credit authorities; oversees closing and documentation.
• Monitors compliance with loan terms and portfolio reporting requirements.
• Produces quarterly reports and analyzes portfolio performance.
