Job summary

West Coast Community Bank in California seeks an experienced SBA Loan Processor to serve as the primary owner of the SBA loan lifecycle, handling processing, closing, funding, loan boarding, collateral perfection, and post-closing follow-up.

You will independently review loan documents, perform borrower and guarantor due diligence, prepare SBA/USDA loan packages, and coordinate complex closings with escrows, title companies, brokers and borrowers to ensure compliance with bank policies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and SBA lending experience.
• Minimum five years of hands-on SBA processing, closing, or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex loan transactions with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the SBA loan processing lifecycle from processing through post-closing follow-up.
• Prepare SBA/USDA loan packages and coordinate complex closings with escrow, title, and other third parties.
• Identify and resolve documentation, collateral, and compliance issues and escalate as needed.
