This senior leader will own strategic initiatives, operating cadence, and performance discipline across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology, reporting to the Division Head. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree, have 10+ years in project management, and possess at least 2 years of managerial

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Two or more years of managerial experience.
• Experience in banking, SBA lending, or regulated financial services is preferred.

• Translate divisional strategy into a clear portfolio of initiatives with defined outcomes, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Own execution discipline across high-priority initiatives tied to growth, operating efficiency, and risk management.
