Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a SBA Lending Strategy and Execution Manager to translate strategy into measurable results as the division scales toward $1B+ in annual production.

The role oversees strategic initiatives, operating cadence, and performance discipline across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology. This position requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management activities.
• Two or more years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate divisional strategy into a clear portfolio of initiatives with defined outcomes and metrics.
• Own executive KPI governance, dashboards, and reporting for the Division Head.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance and Tech.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale processes as volume grows.
• Build and develop a small strategy/execution team (1–3 by 12 months).
