Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior SBA Lending Strategy and Execution Manager to translate strategy into measurable results as the division scales toward $1 billion+ in annual production.

You will own the initiative portfolio, governance, and cross-functional delivery across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology, reporting to the Division Head. This role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate divisional strategy into a portfolio of initiatives with outcomes and milestones.
• Own execution discipline across high-priority initiatives related to growth, operating efficiency, and risk management.
• Govern divisional KPI governance and operating rhythm for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing and Technology.
