Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an SBA Lending Strategy and Execution Manager to translate strategy into measurable results as the division scales toward $1B+ in annual production.

You will own the execution discipline, KPI governance, and cross‑functional delivery across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology. You will report to the Division Head and build a small team, driving initiatives that improve production capacity, cycle time, and operating efficiency while maintaining

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in banking, SBA lending, or regulated financial services.

Responsibilities

• Translate divisional strategy into a clear portfolio of initiatives with defined outcomes, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Own execution discipline across high‑priority initiatives tied to growth, operating efficiency, capacity expansion, and risk management.
• Anticipate execution risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies; surface trade‑offs and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology to achieve strategic goals.
