U.S. Bank is seeking a senior leader for SBA Lending Strategy and Execution to translate strategy into a measurable portfolio and drive scale toward $1B+ annual production.

The role reports to the Division Head and collaborates across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology. The candidate will own the operating cadence, performance discipline, and initiatives, ensuring growth, credit quality, and customer experience scale together.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in project management.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in SBA lending or regulated financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate divisional strategy into a clear portfolio of initiatives with defined outcomes and metrics.
• Own execution discipline across high-priority initiatives tied to growth, capacity, and risk management.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, narratives, and recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Technology.
