Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SBA lending operations, workflow, and team performance.
• Serve as SBA expertise point for eligibility, structuring, documentation, and closing.
• Guide SBA lifecycle from origination to servicing and guaranty preservation.
• Ensure activities align with SBA policy, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Lead business development efforts and coordinate with credit, operations, and closing functions.
