CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst for SBA loan management to join the commercial banking team in Fort Worth, TX. This Temp-to-Hire role focuses on portfolio management, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial lending or credit analysis, with SBA 7A background preferred. Collaboration with lenders, analysts, and leadership is essential to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial lending, credit analysis, or loan portfolio management experience.
• Candidates with 7A SBA loan background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, credit risk, and covenant monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor an assigned commercial loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and compliance.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and periodic reviews to evaluate borrower performance and identify emerging credit risks.
• Maintain accurate risk ratings and recommend changes based on borrower financial condition and market trends.
• Partner with Commercial Lenders on renewals, modifications, extensions, and portfolio management strategies.
• Prepare annual reviews, credit memorandums, and portfolio monitoring documentation in accordance with bank policy.
• Monitor financial reporting requirements and covenant compliance, following up on missing information.
• Manage criticized and classified credits while developing action plans to minimize portfolio risk.
• Assist in structuring loan terms and covenant packages that protect the bank's interests.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations, Compliance, Credit Analysts, and other internal departments to ensure sound credit administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio monitoring, reporting, and credit administration processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with borrowers while supporting ongoing financial reviews and reporting requirements.
